Andrea Gibbons is a Principal and Data Architect at SemantixLab with over 20 years of experience focused on unlocking the power of data for streamlined solutions, informed decision-making and cost efficient IT spending. She takes a practical and tailored approach to document, describe, mature, and govern organizational data.  Ms. Gibbons’ agile methodology is ever mindful that evolving an organization’s data maturity is as much a practice in data architecture as organizational and cultural change management. During her career Andrea has worked with fortune 500 companies and Federal, state, and local government agencies where she led multiple initiatives in formulating strategy and architecting solutions primarily for metadata management, data warehouse, and data integration programs. She has deep technology background along with domain experience in several verticals including: Financial Services, Travel, Law Enforcement, Immigration, and Health Care. 

Molly McMorrow has nearly 20 years of IT related experience and has demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions worldwide.  She has led projects in business process improvement, data and metadata management, and compliance and data governance strategy.  Her passion for solving problems has focused on non-profit and public sector clients where services and solution delivery can make a difference in areas of education, housing, healthcare and health information technology.
