Level:  Business/Strategic

The Internet of Things (IoT) and Everything (IoE) are perpetually changing and enhancing the digital reality to levels the business world/society cannot ignore but often underestimates the magnitude of change. The new and continuously increasing volume, velocity, variety, value, and veracity are conducive to new business models capable to raise the competitive advantage status to new levels.

In the same time existing outdated and fragmented information systems create fundamental gaps for building coherent enterprise solutions capable to take advantage of these opportunities. We present how case studies and lessons learned from Wikimedia and global automotive corporations inspired the design of the Cento systems, a loosely coupled integrated systems of systems to adapt to the ever-changing digital reality and its driving business model. Few concrete examples will illustrate a concrete technology specific implementation of the design.

  • Digital intelligence
  • Digital reasoning
