Susan Earley has spent the last 25 years working in data management in various ways, starting with application development, data warehouse development and management, data modeling, and data architecture.

She was the Assistant Editor for the DAMA-DMBOK released in 2009 and the editor for the 2011 edition of the DAMA Dictionary of Data Management. She was the production editor for the DAMA-DMBOK2.
